Blake was amazing! He was very thorough and did an amazing job explaining where the problems were along with my options to repair. He answered all of my questions and was so very personable.

He also took the time to look over some future projects related to plumbing that we have been considering and gave me multiple options of how the work could be done. He also gave some great suggestions of other things we could consider for the future.

At no point did I feel pressured nor did I feel like he was trying to upsell me. I felt that he was genuinely giving me information outside of my realm of knowledge so that I would be aware of future issues that may arise. He was so helpful and I truly appreciated his approach, kindness, patience, personality, and honesty. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation!

Remedy replaced a broken water main to my house. After my initial call to them, I received a call back with schedule details and the name of the plumber assigned. I then got notice from plumber (Matt) that he was on his way and I could track him. He ascertained the problem quickly and the work was set up for the following morning. Once again, received tracking notice he was on his way. Matt, and his associate Cole, performed the line replacement without having to dig up the front yard. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Received follow-up call the next day to see if I was satisfied. I was very impressed by the attention to customer service. And kudos to Matt and Cole for a job well done..

Remedy tech Chris just left after replacing our hot water heater. He was excellent, from start to finish! I am so grateful that we found Remedy plumbing. We have used another local plumbing/AC Company and although they did good work, they were always overpriced. Remedy has Terrific response time, great communication and reliable service. Our plumber was Chris, and he was extremely professional and friendly. He was able to complete the job successfully, quickly and add an extremely reasonable price. We loved the fact that there was very upfront pricing. We knew how much the job was going to cost, and if a particular thing had gone wrong what that would have cost. My husband and I looked at each other and assumed that it was going to be the higher priced option, but he was able to fix it at the lower quote. That was extremely important in my review of them. It’s a matter of trust. We are definitely going to use Remedy for all of our future plumbing needs And recommend them to any of our friends who need work done.

Jeff Stevens rebuilt a tub faucet that was leaking and also installed a new toilet for me. I was very pleased with Jeff's expertise. Not only does he have an abundance of plumbing knowledge, but he is also very friendly and personable.

I like that I have options explained (e.g., fix the toilet or replace it) and am given charges for the various options ahead of time by Mike, the service manager.

Matt did our work today. Very knowledgeable and personable. Answered all my questions.
Did things the right way and corrected a couple things that could use improvement. Replaced water heater, replaced outside hose faucets and installed a whole hose shut off valve. Remedy was easy to work with and very responsive. All at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone.

I would totally recommend Remedy Plumbing. Our technician was Angelo Rodriguez and he was great. I liked the way they did things where he came and gave three written estimates and I confirmed which one I wanted on the phone with the supervisor and then he had come prepared to do the work same day. He was polite and professional and did great work.
