Not only does he have an abundance of plumbing knowledge, but he is also very friendly and personable.I like that I have options explained (e.g., fix the toilet or replace it) and am given charges for the various options ahead of time by Mike, the service manager.

Matt did our work today. Very knowledgeable and personable. Answered all my questions.Did things the right way and corrected a couple things that could use improvement. Replaced water heater, replaced outside hose faucets and installed a whole hose shut off valve. Remedy was easy to work with and very responsive. All at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone.
I would totally recommend Remedy Plumbing. Our technician was Angelo Rodriguez and he was great. I liked the way they did things where he came and gave three written estimates and I confirmed which one I wanted on the phone with the supervisor and then he had come prepared to do the work same day. He was polite and professional and did great work.
The plumber name Eric came out and installed a hot water heater. He was on time and very knowledgeable about his work.
